We understand that every day at a conference is different. Sometimes there is a late night cocktail hour that needs coverage that results in a longer day than usual.

That’s why we bill our videography services as a flat day rate. This means each calendar day is billed at $2,500 regardless of the hours worked. You can rest easy knowing we won’t nickel-and-dime you about hours.
